Outdated, worn-out, hardly 3 star hotel. The location and the seaview are the only good impressions.

This holiday was just what we wanted - relaxing in a good hotel with excellent food and a good location. On this trip we were not interested in sightseeing although the trips available would be interesting to someone who had not visited the island before. We did use the local bus to get into the cenntre of Limassol and it was very easy and cheap - 2 Euro for an all day ticket.

My wife and I are coming to the end of an excellent 3-week stay at The Apollonia Beach. We cannot understand the negative comments posted by some visitors as we have received nothing but 5***** treatment at this hotel. The food is fabulous, the staff are absolutely brilliant and the hotel itself is well worth the visit. Like all things in life, it is possible to find faults if you really want to but, hey, we have paid the equivalent of £50.00 each per person per night and the value is unbelievable. We have stayed in so-called 5***** establishments in London that do not even come close to the Apollonia. To Demetri (Jim) and his working crew, we extend our sincere gratitude for making our stay such an excellent one.

This is the eigth. time we have stayed here, whilst it isnt a 5 star Hotel it is good value for money. It has its own beach which is in front of Hotel. The staff are always approachable and friendly though management do have a tendency to argue with them in front of guests. Allways book a sea view room and not on the sixth floor . For internet use go to the Shakespeare over the road if you have a portable device as for a cup of coffee or other beverage you can get free internet. For two Euro you can use the bus all day if you get the correct ticket which will take you into Limassol and beyond or in the other direction to the city limits. Book half board as you can eat slightly cheaper in adjacent restaurants but not of the same quality or quantity of food.
