if u ever decided to cancel the booking, u have to do it three days before and manager/owner will just say it is not her desicion, while it is. however, exactly under the hotel's entrance, there is an open night bar/club that stays so out loud till 3 in the morning. the breakfast added into the booking is not that great, boiled eggs, toast, olves, coffee/tea and artficial juice. it would be better to take off the breakfast from the booking and save more for another outdoot cafe, the city is full of them even in the early morning. there is no refregirator in room. but there is a mini market just outside the hotel, u can even go by ur pajams to getany light snack or water. dont let the taxi driver fool you by taking 15 euros for the ride to the hotel, its hardly 12 and there is a street that drives directly to the hotel dor, i was dropped like tree block away and had to move my luggage for all that space, wasnt nice. house keeping wasnt that great, i had to insist on having clan and fresh towels whenever possible. they dont change them even if they are all wet and used.

I keep staying in the hotels for 5 years by now and the only reason is the location. However, I decided NOT to go there anymore as can not stand rude receptionist and entire conditions anymore. The one of the staff dark hair lady who works there all the time is very rude and smokes right there and never treats you as a client. You need to wait until she finishes her coffee and the answers is wants. Room cleaning is terrible: they do it ever 3, 4 day. Bathrooms smell and very small. Breakfast terrible. The noise from the bars on the street is killing. You can not sleep until 3 am the most. Also, Russian prostitutes are all over which makes you feel dirty knowing they use the same facilities. No more stay there!

The receptionist and the staff were very friendly,we booked a regular double room and upon check-in they said there was a sea-view room available and we could go there for free if we wanted. We took the sea-view room which was clean and tidy and had a splendid view towards the Mediterranean Sea.The hotel has a very good location. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate for the money you pay. The ocean front of Larnaca has all the stores pubs and restaurants

I hated this hotel. It wasn't totally their fault. But for better or worse it's right on the strip and when I stayed there, there was some kind of festival going on with pulsating, incredibly loud music until 2am. The crowds right outside were huge and so loud. It was like being at a party I didn't want to be at. I asked to change rooms to get away from the noise and the pleasant but unhelpful young man at the front desk couldn't help. This hotel asked me to pay as soon as I checked in, which is weird and not a good sign. The room itself was ok, but nothing worked. I went to the front desk to ask about the TV not working and the receptionist told me that they are just fakes! And the shower in the very small bathroom didn't drain well. Don't stay here. It's not even worth the budget price. Breakfast was the best part.
