This is a very friendly and efficient place. The manager is very friendly and the customer service is excellent. The beach front is very nice during hot Cyprus summers, because it is a grassed area, with palm trees for shade and a lovely safe environment for children. There is a handy supermarket in the basement which has all the essentials as well as an excellent food kiosk on the front which serves excellent kebabs, burgers, chips etc. It also has ice-cold beer on draught for those of you who have a serious thirst. The place is not the height of luxury, as it is quite an old place, but it is clean and comfortable with a regular maid and laundry service. I would recommend it unreservedly.

As a recent new member I am checking out reviews of places I've stayed in the past and as the only 2 for this place were not great I thought I'd let you know that in fact it wasn't that bad at all. Our aparetment was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking the beach. Ok the beach is not great in Larnaca, compared to others on the Island, but that's not the hotel's fault! The service we received was very friendly, the pool was clean and we would have gone back on our trip last year except we got a package deal and stayed nearer Agia Napa instead.

Very disappointed, the staff were not friendly, the shower hose was kinked so could not shower without holding the kinked part near the tap(to allow the water to flow through).
No Cypriot hospitality from the owner or staff, only one lady serving food in the kiosk on the beach was chatty.
The bed was very uncomfortable so did not sleep for a week.
The cleaners were friendly though, and they were not Cypriot.
Also could not stay on beach in front of our apartment as hotel next door was being demolished? so from 9am till late all we could hear was banging and drilling.We should have been told this , when we booked.
The apartment was very dated ( think 1970's decor) although it was large and had a lovely view of the beach, we could not sit on the balcony to enjoy the view as it was so narrow the we kept scraping our elbows on the rough render on the wall. I'm only slim btw incase your thinking I'm huge.
