We came back from a short trip to Larnaka.I traveled with my elderly mother who is using a cane to walk and my teenage daughter. We stayed in room 539 which had a sea ,front view.It had 2 balkonies but it was a bit hot in the afternoon. The front view was amazing every hour of the day!We had a double room where another very confortable bed was added(not a roller bed). When I phoned there to confirm our arrival I found out that the elevator to the breakfast restaurant wasn't working. That meant a problem for us since my moter coundn't climb the stairs. When we arrived they offered us a free room service but finally we found out that the hotel had a wheel chair that was given to us without any charge for the 3 days.We even used when we visited Larnaka by taxi. That was a big bonus for us because my mother could "participate" to our activities. The reception staff was great!(especially a tall, good looking young man).Even the last morning they informed us that we could have breakfast at 6.30 even if service was starting at 7.00.
The room was nice, cleaned every day, with a welcome drink and a small sweet gift for us.The mini fridge was rented for a small price per day but finally we didn't pay a thing.2 bathrobes and pairs of sleepers were provided and everyone could take free beach towels everyday. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated altough the sea and pool water was cold.Maybe english and russian tourists like that but for us coming from Greece the water was cold. We were on a half board base.Breakfast was very good, with nice variety but I didn't like the coffee from a machine(although hot chocolate was good). The dinner was to our taste the first night but not so much the 2 next days (where they had italian and international buffet.Sweets were good the second day)
Overall,we had a nice staying although I think individual prices are quite high for this hotel.I must admeet that staff's concern for my mother was important for us and I thank them very much
