This is typical "Greek" 4 stars accommodation. Hotel is in the heart of Larnaca, 3 minutes from the beach and the promenade so if you dont mind more than modest than this is fine. This is very tired but clean aparthotel, both sides of hotel r facing busy streets and Cypriots are proud about their cars, which means wild drive, using horns, over accelerating and blah blah blah... So if you need sleep just top it up on the beach (dont forget SPF)...
WiFi and A/C are free but no signal in the room (or very low) so reception lobby or atrium are places to do it.
Toilet with shower is very tired and needs some attention but it works...
No washing machine! Keep towels up as you wont get any freshones as "It is "selfcatering"

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations, We took the 5 people apartment, and we had the worst image in our heads b4 going, but it turned out to be a very beautiful, cozy hotel with spacious, and clean room, It's very safe also.
It's right in the centre of town, with shops and stores all around it, a 2-3 minutes walk to the beach.
The staff were the best thing about this hotel, very helpful and very friendly, they'd arrange a taxi for us whenever we need, suggest places, they even recommended other cafes over the beach for breakfast @ 5 EUR which is the same as the hotel's, but it would taste so much better and the view would b alot nicer, They said.

I would definetly stay again at this hotel if i ever come back to Cyprus,.

i have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions in central larnaca its a very accommadating hotel close to all amenities and very clean altough there is no pool the beach is a 3 mins walk down the road

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable (cheap even) for a spacey apartment, we were 5 people in 3 bedrooms and had plenty of room to spare. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and very friendly. They helped us out with our transportation troubles, gave us recommendations and advice whenever they could. The rooms were cleaned every day, expect Sunday (holiday). The position is great, a minute away (walking) from the beaches and the restaurants (the promenade) and right in town center around all the shops. Wireless internet is free but it is only in public areas, so it didnt work in our room, however we sat just outside our apartment and we got a connection, so you dont have to go to the lobby. The food on the other hand is not so good, but there are lots of restaurants and cafes around, so it is nicer anyway to eat your breakfast viewing the beach than in a hotel!
Overall it was a wonderful stay, would definitely be staying there next time I go to Larnaca.
