i have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions in central larnaca its a very accommadating hotel close to all amenities and very clean altough there is no pool the beach is a 3 mins walk down the road

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable (cheap even) for a spacey apartment, we were 5 people in 3 bedrooms and had plenty of room to spare. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and very friendly. They helped us out with our transportation troubles, gave us recommendations and advice whenever they could. The rooms were cleaned every day, expect Sunday (holiday). The position is great, a minute away (walking) from the beaches and the restaurants (the promenade) and right in town center around all the shops. Wireless internet is free but it is only in public areas, so it didnt work in our room, however we sat just outside our apartment and we got a connection, so you dont have to go to the lobby. The food on the other hand is not so good, but there are lots of restaurants and cafes around, so it is nicer anyway to eat your breakfast viewing the beach than in a hotel!
Overall it was a wonderful stay, would definitely be staying there next time I go to Larnaca.

We stayed in this hotel for one night in Larnaca before going to Protaras.
This hotel is very cheap compared to the other hotels in the region. Since we didn't pay a lot for it we didn't expect much...and this is actually a good thing because:
- You just expect a clean bathroom with towels- THEY HAVE CLEAN BATHROOM WITH TOWELS
- You want to be in an old building- THEY HAVE A VERY OLD BUILDING
- You want limited entertainment choices- THEY HAVE A FEW ENTERTAINMENT CHOICES INCLUDING A MINI LIBRARY.
- You want an ok bed and a below average sheet- THEY HAVE A COOL BED AND AN AVERAGE SHEET
- You don't expect free internet in the room- THEY HAVE FREE WIFI....IN THE ROOM! LOLOLOL
- You don't care much about location- THEIR LOCATION IS THE BEST, 5 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING LARNACA HAS!
- You don't want to pay much- THEIR PRICES ARE BELOW THE AVERAGE IN LARNACA
- You don't care about Breakfast- THEY DONT HAVE BREAKFAST
I had a terrible experience in another hotel in Protaras where we paid triple and we had less service and comfort than what we had here, therefore I think that for those who are looking for a very simple place to stay in Larnaca, this is definitely the place.
PS: The only thing I hated in this hotel was that they allow people to smoke indoors! Not cool at all

We stayed here in March 2011. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of town and 5 mins from the beach, and yet our room was quiet enough (although we did sleep with the windows shut). The apartment had everything we required, and was very clean. The 24 hour kiosks nearby provide milk, water, all the basics, and there is a bakery nearby too. Good base for exploring Larnaca and Cyprus. If you want to escape the town, walk down the beach to the airport end of town and then follow your nose to the Salt Lakes, which are surrounded by a path and feel surprisingly rural. Cape Kiti beach round the headland by the lighthouse is quiet too. Would definitely use again if in Larnaca.
