We stayed in this hotel for one night in Larnaca before going to Protaras.
This hotel is very cheap compared to the other hotels in the region. Since we didn't pay a lot for it we didn't expect much...and this is actually a good thing because:
- You just expect a clean bathroom with towels- THEY HAVE CLEAN BATHROOM WITH TOWELS
- You want to be in an old building- THEY HAVE A VERY OLD BUILDING
- You want limited entertainment choices- THEY HAVE A FEW ENTERTAINMENT CHOICES INCLUDING A MINI LIBRARY.
- You want an ok bed and a below average sheet- THEY HAVE A COOL BED AND AN AVERAGE SHEET
- You don't expect free internet in the room- THEY HAVE FREE WIFI....IN THE ROOM! LOLOLOL
- You don't care much about location- THEIR LOCATION IS THE BEST, 5 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING LARNACA HAS!
- You don't want to pay much- THEIR PRICES ARE BELOW THE AVERAGE IN LARNACA
- You don't care about Breakfast- THEY DONT HAVE BREAKFAST
I had a terrible experience in another hotel in Protaras where we paid triple and we had less service and comfort than what we had here, therefore I think that for those who are looking for a very simple place to stay in Larnaca, this is definitely the place.
PS: The only thing I hated in this hotel was that they allow people to smoke indoors! Not cool at all

We stayed here in March 2011. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of town and 5 mins from the beach, and yet our room was quiet enough (although we did sleep with the windows shut). The apartment had everything we required, and was very clean. The 24 hour kiosks nearby provide milk, water, all the basics, and there is a bakery nearby too. Good base for exploring Larnaca and Cyprus. If you want to escape the town, walk down the beach to the airport end of town and then follow your nose to the Salt Lakes, which are surrounded by a path and feel surprisingly rural. Cape Kiti beach round the headland by the lighthouse is quiet too. Would definitely use again if in Larnaca.

Well located, just few minutes to the beach and main shopping/cafe/clubs street. The apartments are as nice as 2** hotel apartment can get. Room was cleaned every day, new towels every day, but you need to bring your own shampoo/shower gel etc, A/C working well, small kitchen with fridge and some basic kitchen tools. Free wifi, although I am not sure if in whole hotel because I got signal only in kitchen and i saw some people with laptops in lobby area. Hotel has a parking. Rooms facing the street might get quite noisy in the evening.

i was there this week, 18-24/5/2010, and the hotel is very basic.
in the front of the room there is a kitchen and a table with 2 chairs. everything in the kitchen
is basic and for sure - not clean enough ! the toilet was o.k but there is no shampo but just dry soap (not liquid) which was miss in the toilet. there is no place to put the shower tub. in the room, no one cleand my room for 2 days . again. the room is basic and not clean enough. but, remember that you pay low price - so you get the same as you pay.
important thing! there is a lot of noises from the street, the hotel is 3 floors, i was in the second. all night and all day i could everything was hapanning in the street and because of that the quality of the sleeping there is poor, even though that the doors of the balcony was close.
one more thing, there is 2 old people who sit in the reception which are very nich, who manage this hotel i guess. and there is one younger one who sit in the reception and when i ask him questions he bagen to tell me "you asking too much questions".
