Nice location with clean rooms, very good quality and food for the price and really hard working, attentive and friendly staff. Will definately stay again and would recommend highly.

First of all, i want to start with the food. They were amazing, delicious and again amazing. When you enter the restaurant, friendly crew welcomes you. At breakfast, you have to choose orange juice, different kind of tea or coffee and then you go to buffet to choose your amazing breakfast. They do not have lots of different sorts but it is enough. You can try different things and you can order some omelette if you want. At dinner, you don't get any drinks, if you want to drink you have to pay, according to me they could give at least water :) Dinner is also delicious, you get first a soup, then from the buffet different kind of salads and then the main meal. They are making everyday two kinds of main meals and both of them are good. And DESERT, it is the best part of the dinner, i have nothing to say about them. They can't be told, they can be only lived :) But one point at dinner, i have to say, the service crew wants to take your plates or glasses before you finish your meal. It disturbed us little bit, because when i am eating, they come and ask if they can take it, but i am not done...
The rooms are really good, we stayed at standard rooms and it has a view at swimming pool. It was cool and silence, just a place to get relaxed. They are cleaning everyday, and the room service is really cool. For example you can get ice when you want :) One thing for the room is that you can be disturbed when you are sleeping or taking a shower just with the reason of spraying against insect. They enter your room without calling you first, or knocking your door and waiting answer, they just enter the room..
It was really nice trip and the hotel is really nice.. I can suggest you this hotel with the easy transportation possibility from ercan and the nice crew.

just returned from three weeks holiday at pia bella , i've been to this hotel in summer and spring in past years, the staff are still the best being helpfull and always friendly, the hotel is getting a little tired and showing its age, the power baths no longer work and have leaks. rooms dont get a good clean, during my three weeks stay i never saw or heard a vacuum cleaner being used. rooms had a wet mop only. food was very poor and allways the same . over a weekly cycle, so every monday is the same and so on through the weeks and gets very boring, two vegetables carrots and cabbage are provided with every meal every day all the shops have a wonderful selection of veg for sale very cheap so they are available..sweets were very short on supply ( one small cheese cake and or apple pie to serve every one) and you have to be at dinner early to get any .evening meals are 35 tl and not good value for price or quality you can buy a good meal for around 16 to 25tl away from the hotel i would eat away from the hotel .there is no entertainment in the hotel you have to go out, sitting areas are cold and drafty and very dark so not good places to sit or read,
