The staff were friendy and helpful, hotel was clean, it was quirk and interesting. Only a short walk to the harbour. Dolmus is very cheap 12Lira return to Famagusta. Taxi drivers are friendly, will return and collect you for no extra charge.

This hotel is located off a very noisy side street. The rooms are in a dilapidated state with what seems like a load of junk furniture used to furnish them. We only stayed here for one night as we were very dissapointed with the hotel and the location. Breakfast was very minimalistic with the waiter standing at the counter rationing supplies of orange juice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, however, the hotel is located off a noisy street and there is continuous noise throughout the night from a water pump located below. The rooms in the new part are not much better.

I was shown the rooms here two years ago and found the hotel to be intriguing. I spent six days there March 2011 and had three different rooms - through no fault of the hotel. Situated right in the old town of Kyrenia only a short walk from the harbour, everything is very conveniently close if you want to stay in town. The hotel is a real one off - in an old building and furnished with what I would call antique junk - this is not unkind, rather charming and the beds are good - had an iron four poster in no 14 and the rooms are perfectly clean. The staff here are simply wonderful, a big, big thankyou to Isit, Ibo, and Marie-Jo in particular for their endless smiling kindness. Breakfasts are OK as is dinner
to order. Not really for kids or posers.

hotel in excellent location, 2 minutes from lovely harbour ,bakers outside door for lunch get there early .Recommend room 104 four poster bed and balcony
