Stayed two nights for business in January and was not disappointed. I was warmly greeted at reception who had all of my details from a prior trip already available. They gave me a very nice room which was well appointed. All the appliances worked properly although it would have been nice if there were an iron and ironing board in the room. The restaurant was good for breakfast with a large variety of different options although the service was a bit slow. I really enjoy this hotel when staying in Lux for business.

This is a lovely new hotel, with a great bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel. Especially good if visiting on business with colleagues or as a couple. The bar is a little intimidating to visit solo, although it has a nice vibe, and the restaurant is very bright and not great for a lone visit. However both are great if you in company. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The staff on the door are a little clueless for such an upmarket hotel, a taxi took a long time to arrive, and the business centre was not open when I visited. This hotel is not far from a 5 star rating but would need to address these issues to be uprated.
