This hotel is the best I have stayed in Luxembourg. I travel there frequently on business and although it shouldn't matter as a solo female traveler you become aware of things you don't consider when travelling with partner/ friends or family. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast service was good and efficient which is important when you are trying to get out to a morning meeting and dining alone on the suberb restaurant was very pleasant - I had a fantastic meal and nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on business who is tired of big chain hotels - charming

I stayed at the Albert Premier during a recent trip to Luxembourg. I travel alot on business and always aim to find smaller, elegant hotels and always avoid the chains hotels. The Albert Premier fit the bill prefectly. While it definitely it s boutique and trendy hotel, I liked the family atmosphere and the service was second to none.

The restaurant Mahi would not be out of place in Paris, London or New York or one of the biggest citiies. I had a fantastic dinner there with a colleague.

The Albert Premier is not located in the city which may put some people off, but I look forward to my next visit.

Bad service: they did not arrange/clean the room.
Poor space for breakfast.
Lack of maintenance: light switch not working (reported - nothing happened), noisy lift, stairs with holes in the wall.
No Internet in many rooms.

It's quite a nice hotel with good service and nice English-style rooms.
But!! My room was just next to the lift, and it is really old and that is why it is noisy and loudy. It really prevented me from a good sleep. Be aware to ask for a room which is not near the lift.
Breakfast is not with very big choices of, but it was nice, I liked it - always hot cruassans and fruit salad.
However, I think that it is not the best value for the money. But if it is on the company's account, it is good.
And location - pretty close to the city center.
