Rather pretentious hotel. Style and decoration are basic and very old fashioned, bathrooms, equipment directly from the 70s, same as for the ambiance music played in the corridors and the lift.... Room isolation is average.No real sense of luxury in this hotel which is more of three star standards. At least, the service is professional and kind, the hotel is well located at walking distance from downtown and facilities include an indoor swimming pool. Besides, rates are at least not exagerated and the hotel, despite its drawbacks, can accomodate travellers looking for good location and spa.

We stayed here before and this time as well it was beautiful ! Very helpful staff and spacious rooms ! Breakfast was nice as well. We will return ( again ), that's for sure !

Neat hotel. Clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. In house restaurant 'Le Jardin' is rather expensive but meal was excellent. Particularly liked the Luxembourg wines that were proposed. Flat rate of the hotel rather is expensive but prices over the weekend are 'as they should be'. Overall very satisfied.

Hotel perfectly situation in the centre of Luxembourg. Ideal for visiting the city.Service good hotel well kept. You'll love this place if you have a penchant for gaudy 1990's luxury. The bedroom was compact with a hard bed (hope you have a good back) and a very very small flat screen TV model 1920s. Fixtures, lamps, desk, chairs all perfect examples of faded non-descript design, too young to be old and too old to be young.The bathroom was small with a shower in the bath tub (this for me is a major no,no for a 5 star hotel), toilet is also in the bathroom. I think toilets should be in the toilet but I admit that is one of my personall fétiches.Appreciation of the bar & restaurants is vey much a question of personal taste.The service is impecable, the bar has a great selection of cigars & whiskies.If your forte is contempory hotels with original design,big bedrooms, large screen TVs, soft beds & real showers then your in the wrong place. If you're a 1990's nostalgic, you'll love it.
