For me this hotel scored a few very good points and a couple of poor ones:
Good location if you're driving and free parking. Room 110 had a comfy bed, good reading light, spotless bedlinen and bathroom, strong shower pressure, very good hairdryer and two very useful mirrors (magnifying and full lengh). Lunch-buffet was also quite good.
On the down side there were several black stains on the (light) carpet which made it unpleasant to walk bare feet and the TV was old and small.
The hotel was fully booked and most of the time there was only one person combining reception wih bar tasks, so guests had to wait. And rececption didn't answer the phone in the evening, probably too busy with the bar.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter in Luxembourg!! Choose this hotel due to it's proximity to my daughter's apartment and the city center. Was not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and was decorated in reds, blues and velvet. Simply gorgeous. Free complimentary coffee was offered in the lobby all day long. Breakfast was available in the dining room for a charge, at 23 euros head which was pricy!! There was also free internet in the lobby only which was a bit of an inconvenience!

Rooms are small! We stayed in two different rooms as we traveled and returned back to the hotel. I suggest you request a square room. TV's were very small, (13 in.) and were a disappointment to say the least. The second room we stayed in was triangular, small, with limited storage for cloths and mirrors limited to one in the bathroom. We had a room in the back of the hotel which had a small balcony and over-looked a park.

The hotel was a 10 min walk to the center! It was centrally located and although we walked to the center, the bus was available to the center and train center. We took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it literally took 10-15 min.

There is an unbelievable restaurant associated with the hotel, which is directly across the street! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxembourg. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. They made our stay a nice one!

I have booked a nonsmoking double bedded room for one night. Before arrival I asked via email for a quiet situated nonsmoking room, because of an anniversary. I got a fast reply. We checked in a bit early, so our room wasn`t ready.We talked again about an nonsmoking room. So we did a walk in the surrounding and came back at the right time. We got room no 118. As we entered, we smelled immediately that this is a smoking room. As it`s summertime...wthout aircondition, we did not want to stay in a smoking room, although we asked several times for. I went down, she told me that I would have to wait again for another room. She was friendly all the time, spoke also German and English. She searched and finally found another room. She gave me the keys for room 215. Instead of the first, it was a room with streetview instead of parcview and was real smaller. It isn`t a quiet street. There passes several busses and ot was very noisy. We had to sleep with opened window, because there was no aircondition! It wasn`t possibile to close the window. As I turned back down to receütion, there was another woman. I told her about my problem and also that I will celebrate my birthday with my husband in Luxembourg. We would stay only one night and it wouldn`t be possibile to sleep in such a room with open windows. She wanted to have a look if there would be any cancellation again for that night. We stayed in that room. A standard nonsmoking room, small bed about 1.20meter... I woke up several times at night because of much traffic outside or I felt hot. In the morning I had a shower.....I had to wait about minutes for warm water!!! Finally I had a freshing cold shower because the shower was very hot or freezing cold! We went to breakfast. We had a very nice table outside with parcview and friendly staff! Breakfast is not real different as we now as German, but OK for a city-Hotel. Downstairs is a Fitness-studio and solarium as well as a free Internetpoint.
At checking out we were asked about our stay. My husband didn`t wanted to say something but we had such a bad stay/night that I didn`t wanted to go without saying anything regarding the very good reviews on this page I read befor and therefore I had decided to book this Hotel.
I told her about our uncomfortable stay. She said "mmmhh" and gave us the receipt! We have stored our luggage for the day and left the Hotel.
I was quite shocked, that she reacted as I did not have said anything bad!!!

There are some points I want to hold as positive...there is a coffemaker in the lobby for free and a bus station directly at the Hotel. So it`s very good reachable. You can also walk to the city.

Regarding that I have left also a short review in the "smiley-box" at the reception, I hope for some reply from the Hotelmanagement.

This small hotel is located in the Belair neighborhood of Luxembourg City, within easy walking distance to the older part of town. The room was on the small size with a good size comfortable bed. Modern, clean and functional furniture, small work space, small balcony, and a nice view of the park. Bathroom modern and functional, with a very small shower stall. Everything clean and neat. Towels large and of good quality. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The very cozy lobby has free espresso 24 hours a day, as well as free internet - get a password from the front desk. The WiFi internet in the room is 10 Euro per day (purchase a password at the front desk). The breakfast is exceptional with home-made pastries, excellent cold cuts, salmon, eggs, and to top it off, champagne.
