We've just spent our 3rd xmas at the Park Hotel. The staff have to be the friendliest we have ever meet in all the hotels we have stayed in, they can't do enough for you. The breakfast is lovely with a big choice from a fry up to fruit etc. which is buffet. The rooms are lovely and clean with towels changed daily and rooms cleaned. Entertainment could be better.

Loads of positives about this hotel, really good location - we ate and drank 10 mins from hotel for 5 nights in Sept and had loads of choice, bus from airport drops you 5 mins from hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful, pool area on the roof was not too busy and has a bar for drink and food. Like a previous review says walls in room are dirty which is first thing you notice, beds are just ok, furniture on balcony is dirty. I would love to go back to Malta and would stay again if renovations were done.

The hotel is well located, close to many restaurants and 10-15 minutes by bus to Valletta. The room was large enough and well equipped. The off season rate of $ 50 per night for 2 persons including buffet breakfast represented good value. The items that need improvement are the mattress that was worn out and one could feel the springs and some of the towels needed replacement. The breakfast was reasonable, except for the tomatoes that were not fresh.

The Park is a good hotel and does not deserve the volume of bad reviews that are made. I had a very good clean and pleasant room on the fourth floor, clean towls and linen, without having to ask,first class daily maid service good food at breakfast and dinner in a comfortable restaurant with ample choice and variety combined with pleasant and helpful staff, this plus being exceptional value for money.
There is nothing wrong with this hotel and I shall not hesitate to return and recomend it to others
