Just returned from another excellent stay. We booked a 2 night stay and were delighted on arrival to have a room upgrade. Once checked in all that was left to do was pull on our robes. There is no feeling quite like it. We made full use of the spa facilities and had 4 treatments each. All very good!
Everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Food was fabulous and nothing ever seems a bother. All staff work exceptionally hard even those u don't see. It definitely an annual trip now.

Lovely place, food excellent, enjoyed every minute. Coming back for two days this time.

My friend and I went on the 18th January for one night. We had booked a standard room and on arrival, we were informed that we were upgraded to a deluxe which was wonderful and the room was out of this world. It was a really nice touch and I found all staff to be extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. We had booked a couple of treatments and made use of the stunning pool and steam rooms etc. I am definately returning this time with my daughter who has never been before and returning on the 14 February for one night again.

I can honestly say that everyone goes out of their way to make your stay special especially the Receiption staff as we had closed our account in the morning to save time then picked up on the special offers for the Spa that day and duly opened our account back up again.

Well done to everyone they deserve the 5% gratuatity and I personally think it is a fantastic idea that every member of staff benefits and look forward to returning with my daughter on the 14th Feb.

Living locally we have the chance to visit often,once a month my son Charlie has his hair cut by Duncan who is talented,friendly and very u derstanding when we happen to arrive late or even on the wrong day lol he does an excellent job and maybe more expensive than local hairdressers but well worth it , after the hair cut we head downstairs to the lobby where we always get a warm welcome from Nadine the spa manageress who again goes beyond the call of duty , then off to the cafe for a homemade sandwich and a freshly squeezed orange juice all bread etc produced locally and boy you can tell the difference it's yummy ,quite often the owner Mr Wynyard is walking aroun and he never fails to come over and chat which is lovely,overall it is just a fab place to go . well do e you've got it spot on .
