Good points are nice freshly cooked english breakfast or yogurt/fruit etc, and the staff are for the most part very friendly and helpful. We also liked the convenient location of this small hotel, midway between Bellapais and Kyrenia, with nice views.
The decor of the hotel was what I can only describe as a sort of mock colonial, with heavy dark furniture,many paintings, wallpaper etc. For us it felt a bit claustrophobic especially as our room had no balcony. Most people we met loved the place and were return visitors, but it just didn't suit us.
There is free wifi in reception. The pool is ok , no shallow end, towels provided. Drinks are very expensive at the hotel bar. Mini bar in the rooms, you are not allowed to keep your own food/drink, but we did keep some milk for tea.

The pretty decor includes traditionally carved wooden furniture and beautiful wallpaper. The price of the room includes your choice of an English breakfast or a Turkish breakfast. The latter includes yellow cheese, white cheese, grilled halloumi cheese, a fried egg, olives and slices of tomato and cucumber. You can also take bread, cereal, juice, coffee and tea from the buffet/bar. When it's time to pay for the room, if you want to pay in cash in sterling or euros, check the online the actual exchange rate with Turkish lira, then negotiate your exchange rate with staff at the front desk.

This hotel has the most welcoming and friendly staff who will do everything they can to make your stay very special. The hotel is spotlessly clean, especially the pool area, and the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The position between Kyrenia for dinner by the harbour or Bellapais for dinner overlooking the monestry is just perfect, and most of the Bellapais restaurants will come to collect you and return you at no extra cost. Breakfast is either Cypriate or English (we chose Cypriate everyday) and lunches are very good indeed. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as we booked B & B but other guests told us the food was excellent.

My husband and I have recently returned after 2 weeks stay at the Bella View. Loved it. Beautifully situated half way between BellPais and Kyrenia, with views to die for. The staff are excellent, being friendly and welcoming whilst not being over familiar. They went out of their way to be helpful and to preempt your requirements.
Tastefully furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean. Best ever pool and poolside furniture. They provide clean pool towels every day. So relaxing and no competition for loungers.
The food here is of a very high class and is of a consistently good quality, whilst priced very competitively. The chef is approachable and would make you anything you desired if he had it within his power.
Loved every minute of our time there.
