“Girls night out”

We went here last night for a leaving do, the hotel itself is beautiful and the surrondings are amazing, the food was very good. Unfortuantly if you want to be able to enjoy yourself and have a laugh with your friends it is not place to go it seems like a offence to laugh there. At one point we were told to be SILENT (not quiet) as there was a conference on even though we were paying guests as well. Would not recomend for anyone to go if they want to have fun.

The hotel was fine, spotlessly clean, lovely gardens, good sized private beach, snorkelling area all in sheltered cove, plenty of sunbeds and hammocks. Bar serving snacks near to beach and sunbathing area. The good sized room was great, fantastic sea/pool view, air con worked well, large comfortable bed, good bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and wide range of the usual toiletries also toothpaste and brushes, shaving foam and razor all re-stocked daily. A single rose, fresh fruit and nuts and a bottle of wine to greet us. Houskeeping consistenly good. Mini bar stocked daily with bottled water and soft drinks. Food was good, wide selection and plentiful, especially the salad bar, some themed evenings. Bar staff were friendly and entertainment was of a good standard, usually singers/musicians, but varied styles,Turkish and English music, bellydancer on Turkish night. By the end of the second day we were talking about booking for next October. Great first impression.
Minor niggles which didn't put us off - The shower flow was weak. Occasional drainy smells around the reception area but staff were always spraying air freshner. Pool freezing but this usually meant if you dared to brave it you had it to yourself. Food meant to be hot was only ever lukewarm.
We were out sightseeing most days so didn't take many mid day meals but our biggest problem was the restaurant service in the evening which was inconsistent, occasionally good, sometimes ok and mostly very poor. We didn't expect 5 star service and being all inclusive, meals were self service anyway, but some of the young waiters were downright surly, didn't clear between courses, some brought us wine and water, some didn't. We were happy to help ourselves but they didn't like this either. Some completely ignored us all evening but waited on Turkish guests attentively. Once they cleared our table completely when we went up for dessert, taking our drinks and when we returned were indicated to get a table in the other part of the restaurant, drinks not replaced. We didn't argue as we were the some of the last diners in this half of the restaurant and though it was rude, we were accommodating, but then we watched others parties take a table in this half without being challenged. This was a real disappointment, we're friendly, 'laid back,' experienced travellers, (two couples), who know how to behave and don't expect too much, but the return of a smile would have gone a long way. The young female staff were far more friendly and polite.
When we tipped at the start of a meal service was much improved, so would advise others to do this, rather than at the end, or you may not feel like tipping at all.
Not gamblers but had a look round the casino and a game on bandits. Didn't use the spa. We would not return.

“Wonderful all inclusive hotel, with friendly staff who always want to help you”

Lovely warm friendly staff. Clean, safe hotel which my 8 year old son enjoys. Swimming pools, clean beach, tennis court and basket ball court. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and midnight soup, really love the food. This hotel is a little bit of relaxation. When we arrived, we asked for a room change, they moved us, no fuss and also moved our luggage. Love this place and will come back.

“Nice Escape”

The beach here is fantastic. One of the top beaches I have been to. It is a beautiful enclosed, well, cove, artfully designed in terms of the swimming area but also very natural. You take a glass elevator down and it is beautiful. The resort is all-inclusive which I am not usually a fan of but we had a baby with us and it made it very easy. Plus, there was a wide array of foods, many of them interesting. The food ends up being a little "cruise-ish" (i.e., looks a little better than it tastes) but we were happy. It is a pretty good value for the money. Interesting little places for hammocks by the ocean are available. I don't know if you could spend more than a couple of days there before getting bored but it was nice for just a couple of days. I didn't care for the casino. I usually like gambling but I felt like it was high-pressured and overly hectic.
