I stayed in Caribia because of my work matters two times this autumn, each time for 3-4 days. Rooms were small, I could not open window - just small part of it and even that part of window was covered by metal and at night the air conditioning was not enough strong. Spa was not very clean. Restaurants were terrible. One good thing - girls in reception were nice. There are only two possibility to choose room: windows to large parking (in morning and at night it is difficult to sleep because of cars noise and smell), other possibility – to take room with view to the cemetery, which is in the backyard. If you are very romantic and like to look at the graves under your window you might like this place. I am not romantic that much.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2004 with two children. We booked a standard room which was very small by American standards, but normal in Europe. The room had one double bed and one of our children slept on a pullout chair and the other slept on the floor on a mattress. The hotel has a indoor pool area which is a lot of fun. They have two big waterslides, one smaller slide, kiddie pool and three other pools and a jaccuzzi. There was also a pool outside, but it was too cold to go there. The pools had fun waterfalls and caves. The children loved the place and wanted to stay there for hours. The hotel has a spa with massages and treatments which were very good. Inside the hotel there are two restaurants. One of them is fast food hamburger joint and other traditional sit down restaurant. To get to downtown Turku you need to drive about 10 minutes. Apart from the cramped room this hotel was great.
