First time ive stayed in a Radisson for a few years. This is a very nice hotel indeed. Good colourfull decor gives it a welcoming aspect,rather than some of the *hospital* type rooms and corridors you get with some chains. The room was large enough,with a settee also.Lovely views of the Aura river that runs through Turku. Very clean rooms,with tea making facilities,sometimes overlooked in Scandinavia. Excellant breakfast,good choice,and very attentive staff. My only crib would be the too soft pillows on the bed,but otherwise no faults,and i would happily stay here again. Lovely for walking along the river,and very central to all of Turkus attractions.

We had one night stay in the hotel including Christmas eve dinner. Hotel arrangements were very good: On arrival at noon, the rooms were already ready and not only at 3 pm. The Christmas program was very good altogether. The dinner food was excellent, the only minus was feeling of heavy overloading after eating. The children playroom was nicely located in the same floor as the restaurant. Joulupukki was OK. Sauna was good and not crowded. Breakfast was delicious. And a very good point, personnel was very friendly in all places! One is not used to such in Finland, so it felt even a bit weird in the beginning.

Breakfast: Good. Lot of different things..But Hot food is NOT hot..yack !
Service: Very Basic in the restaurant and Lady in reception was too cool and No smiling...not so happy end by my visiting.

The hotel is quite nice, even if one can see that it is becoming older and older. The rooms are big and renovate, and one strange thing is the huge mirror just behind the bed. This is slightly leaned toward the bed, and it has a frame of violet lights that be turned on :-) Good service and nice breakfast
