We stayed here for 2 nights.The hotel was clean and had everything you would expect of a Holiday Inn. I was a bit surprised that the room was not serviced while we were there though. The room was comfortable and the bed very much so.
The reception staff were unfailingly helpful and polite and assisted us with everything we asked.
The position of the hotel is fine, although not right in the city centre. It is very close to the railway station and is well served by buses.

I was at the Holiday Inn for three or 4 nights

The positive , reception staff were very helpful and willing to assist

Breakfast was good and included in the room rate

The room was basic, very basic in my view , it had all you need, however by holiday inn standards it was far below, the normal

The hotel was close to the city 10 mins and working out the bus was simple

The housekeeping really let the team down

Coffee and teas not replaced , poor cleaning the worst in all my travels, 5 minutes in and out max

I did ask for another towel and I was very concerned I had broken some law, the person went off to ask permission and then very unwillingly provided it to me.

It seem like the house keeping is out sourced to some company

I also felt that the owners are making great profits, by not providing enough staff and the front desk or in general.

The hotel was very busy trading on a good brand and ok location.

This hotel was not of a holiday inn standard

I do hope to get a reply to this post from the hotel!

I suggest you may get better value at another location.

Hotel is well located near railway station, short walk from main shopping street. Average rooms, no luxury but clean and good enough. Small details made our visit very comfortable. Very plentiful breakfast and nice staff. Free Wi-Fi.

My stay here was for leisure purposes but I met several people who were staying here on business. The hotel is only steps from the train station. It is close to the main retail district and convenient to restaurants. The hotel could serve both business and leisure.
My room was a suite with 2 flat screen TV's, large bathroom with two showers, a sauna.
The suite was nicely furnished and immaculate.
There is a business corner with free internet service.
An interesting feature of the hotel was the sauna on the top floor with a deck overlooking the city. Nice at sunset.
Staff spoke English and went out of their way to satisfy requests.
