Spent just an overnight at Alexandra on our way up north. We got an economy room at the older part of the hotel and it was decent. Airconditioning was somewhat noisy, but not too much troubling, we did have a good night sleep. Room a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom had a bath, which is not usual in Finland.
Nice (normal) breakfast with lots of choises.
Only trouble was the not-so-great service at front desk: they had 3 people working when we arrived, but no-one noticed us with any gesture, smile or anythihg while they had something else to do behind the desk with their own duties. A simple smile and a note "just a minute" would have made a huge difference!
Oh, and I do have to complain about the parking; there just is not enough space at their backyard, so we had to drive a block away to another parking house after looking for an empty space for a while.
