i stayed in this hostel for a stag weekend in helsinki. It is a short distance from the centre where the bars are / a short taxi ride. The hostel is near the quay side. it is basic but it is only a hostel, after all. The rooms are clean - although the beds are not over comfortable.
I didn't think much of the breakfast which was euros 7 - get a voucher from the reception. Bread, boiled eggs, hot dog sausages, cereals.
if you want cheap and cheerful then you won't be disappointed!
