The staff I dealt with on reception on the evening of the 4th Jan. were very helpful, had all paperwork ready when we arrived, and couldn't do enough to make sure we were accommodated properly. They also assisted with bus timetables to get into Helsinki city centre and even suggested using the courtesy bus as an alternative to expensive taxis coming late back from the city centre - which worked! Checkout was equally easy and staff very helpful for local buses to Helsinki airport.
