Arthut hotel's best advantage is it's location. Located only about a 5-minute-walk away from the central railway station, it's great after a long day walking. This was the second time i stayed in it, the first one being last year in the summer, and this one in december. Both the air-conditioning and the heating worked well. The rooms are nothing too much, simple rooms, with only the essentials. There was a renovation going on, i hope they do renovate the elevators, because the doors don't open automatically (quite bad if you have heavy suitcases with you) and there isn't much room in them. The breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection is not for free, you have to pay 2€ for half an hour. All in all i would recommend it, though i have to say, i have stayed at better hotels in central helsinki that cost less.

this is a great place to stay. fantastic location, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet, but u have tp pay extra for wifi...

Great breakfast in this busy Hotel. Strange shaped rooms, but clean and quiet. Close to main station and city centre. Metro 2 mins from door. Staff were none to welcoming... just another one of thousands to them. Was in July this year. The conference hall is really cool nordic design... worth a look.

The hotel Arthur is an acceptable hotel for business travelers or those who want to spend some days in Helsinki city center. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located in the heart of the city center 3 minutes from the Helsingfors station that is metro, train and bus station. Around the hotel there many huge shopping centers and good restaurant. I recommend Vapiano restaurant for those who love Italian food. The rooms of the hotel are small, hot and internet in the room is expensive (20 euro the hole stay). I recommend this hotel because of the good price especially in helsinki where the hotel rates is very high.
