We arrived in the snow after 2:00am on a Friday night and received great check-in service. Room was cosy and warm, and the bed was HUGE. Staff were full of useful advice to make the most of our weekend in Helsinki. Hotel ideally located near the harbour, especially if you don't want to step out your door to the city centre. Our room rate was excellent and included a glass of champagne each. A nice treat.

This is excellennt hotel in Helsinki which is the best for business traveller. This one is close to the Harbour and in main business district of Helsinki. It offers great value for money apart from its being located in High end part of Helsinki. This hotels offers all facilities one requires for carrying out business in Helsinki. Truly great hotel.

I stayed only one night in this hotel. It is a very big hotel and modern but most rooms Are small (standard rooms ).
The rooms are as a 3 star hotel and furniture is BASIC. My room was nr 504. I asked for a bigger room but the receptionist told they only had standard rooms available and that was the normal size.
It was cold in the room and they gave us an electric heater machine. Breakfast was good but no salmon and no cakes...

Very good location near the city center and the harbor. The staff was incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. Room was excellent: a lot of space, comfortable seating area with TV and work desk, nice bedding and great bathroom with bathtub.Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, croissants and coffee.
