I booked two nights to this, in that time reasonable priced, hmotel last december. I got discount with S-card. Maybe that's why I got my punishment. After first night I asked to change my room. Why??? Security -lock of the door to room was broken. Totally. Seems to been like that for a while. Showerroom, dirty,dirty and... Tap broken, couldn't change water temperature, heating radiator on the wall with used chewinggum. Great!
Never pay more than 70€/d in this flat. It is well located hmotel in Helsinki, that's all. I understand that some of hotel customers are real [--] when breaking and causing mess in the hotelrooms and that's not a hotels fall ofcourse. Hotels fall is to give that kind of room to someone else and put him pay that s*it.

Thank you for staying with us in Sokos Hotel Presidentti and your feedback regarding this visit. I apologize that your experience was such a negative one even though most of our guests have been satisfied with our hotel. Cleanliness and room condition is in my responsibility and I will do all my best to avoid these kinds of fails.
