I only stayed here for one night (last night), and to be honest thats ok by me. I dont want to be too harsh....but there is usually at least something that you could like about a hotel, not the case here for me. This feeling is furthermore exaggerated by the cost of the room, 110€ (supposedly heavily discounted on Booking.com) for a Superior Double Room to include free Wi-Fi internet access, extra long bed (seemed normal to me), tea/coffee maker (don’t remember seeing this) and slippers (definitely no slippers), as well as a TV and minibar (TV and mini bar!!! That’s novel in hotel rooms).
If my room was superior, I would not like to see the ‘standard’ rooms. This hotel is basically an old hotel which has been ‘revamped’ into a modern ‘boutique’ (so they like to advertise) by the addition of some minimal ‘text book’ boutique hotel furniture…..the white wooded bed, desk and chair. Besides that….well old very standard hotel stuff. The bathroom I found particularly disappointing.
Finally the breakfast was nothing to write home about either, everything standard to below here also. For the price, I would have to recommend other hotels. For slightly cheaper I have also stayed at Hotel Fabian, just one block away from here in distance, but much further in terms of quality!!!

This hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the harbourfront and city center. The room was small but comfortable, almost like a cruise ship cabin. The bathroom was like a little efficiency module and it was fine except that the recessed floor in the shower was so shallow that if you turned on the shower fully it would flood the whole bathroom. After we used all our towels to clean it up a few times, we learned to turn shower carefully!
I thought 10 euro a day for WIFI was a bit much. However I don't know what the price of the room was since we stayed there as part of a tour. But it was the only hotel in the tour where WIFI wasn't free.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choices of fruit and delicious hot and cold items.

Stayed here for three nights while on business in Helsinki. The room was booked by a Finnish colleague who recommended it because it is near the government buildings we had our business in. Location is indeed excellent, a few steps from the main boulevard and close to the port and market. The room was average, simply OK for a good night's sleep. My rating is due to the hospitality of the place and the staff, as well as the pleasant lobby and sitting area, where one can prepare himself and conduct his business in peace. Breakfast is also very good and I liked that one has the possibility to have a quiet tea at any time of day. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. I wouldn't choose this to visit Helsinki with my girlfried (indeed when my wife came for the weekend we stayed in better establishments) but for business it was perfectly fine and something more.

This hotel has a slightly out-of-the-way location in a residential neighborhood, well situated for the harbor and Design Museum, less so for other attractions. It is pricier than other options, and though it has some charm, it pinches: a charge for using the sauna, need to register an hour before use, grudging use of business center, somewhat skimpy breakfast buffet.
