I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a work conference at the hotel. The check-in process was very easy.
The main complaint that I have about this hotel is that it was very warm in June and the hotel claimed it had air conditioning, but it was so hot in the room. The windows don't open, well there is a small opening on the far right and left, but you have to leave your curtains completely open to get the air. However, with 22 hours or daylight, my room light was like high noon when I was trying to sleep. I complained about it to the front desk twice and they said the A/C was working. I told them it was not. They just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a fan, they said they didn't have one.
Also in my meetings in the hotel, it was very hot and everyone thought so. The hotel said that air con was on, nothing they could do. I think this is ridiculous.
The room had an A/C controller and you would turn the dial to the lowest setting the "-' and you would never hear it turn on and I never felt any air blowing from the vent. No air coming from vent = A/C not working.
The food at the restaurant was just "ok". I ordered chicken and it had a fishy taste, which indicates it was cooked on the same surface or oil as fish. I am allergic to fish. The breakfast buffet was also just a typical european style foods.
The daily housekeeping service left something to be desired. The beds were sloppily made and they did not pick up things off of the floor. For example, a water bottle cap fell on the floor near the trash can and they just left it there. I left it there for 4 days to see if they would pick it up and they did not. The shower had mold and looked dirty.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
