We stayed in a twin room with three people so we asked for an extra bed in the room which was no problem at all. Towels are provided and we had an ensuite - it's close to the train/bus station and the bus can be caught to visit Father Christmas from the station. It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Rovaniemi which is not bad and it's nice to walk after a meal anyway. The cheapest place to stay in Rovaniemi and this doesn't affect quality, very clean and tidy although breakfast is basic it is better then nothing - staff are friendly and offer really good local knowledge, I would stay here again.

Clean, next the train station and supermarket. Basic breakfast but enough. Fridge, microwave and kettle avalaible in the kitchen or in some rooms. Will defynetly recommend it. Good deal quality/price!

Location is good, only 10 mins walk from Railway station and 10 mins walk to K Supermarket (big supermarket). Room with own bathroom. Nice and helpful staff! Room rate including breakfast and wifi internet.

the room is basic, clean and comfortable, most importantly the heater was quite effective and the room was alright even when the outside temp was -16C. the place is about 15 mins walk to rovaniemi centre.
service was good and friendly, the owner recommended a husky/reindeer excursion which was the highlight of the trip. note that the reception is closed from 10 pm - 7 am.
there's a sauna the basement which costs 5 euros.
