When entering my first task was to help a lady locate her car. Ironically then I didn´t pay attention to where I left mine. So later that evening I spent 15 minutes looking for my own. They have several smaller garages on different floors and streets.
The superior room was neat, nicely designed and furnished and I got a good night´s sleep. The corridors have a more worn look and there are not clear signs or a map of directions. I later noticed that one critical sign was hidden behind an open door while cleaning was going on. Bad planning or bad luck ?
The breakfast was ordinary. The coffee was weak, like diluted, which is not typical of Finland.
I didn´t choose the hotel restaurant for dinner because I´ve eaten there several times and wouldn´t recommend it even though I hear it has a good reputation.
All personnel who I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable.
