I was there with my colleagues in june and I can say I enjoyed every minute because the hotel is placed very close to the forest!...I felt great there, "in the middle of the nature" and the weather was really nice at that time!...no rain, no strong winds!...just a little cold in the morning - outside, of course, because it was very pleasant to stay in the room - warm, pretty nice and cosy! I was really happy to see a very beautiful forest through my window! The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly! I liked the food, the restaurant and people were really very nice here, in this location!...there is a bus station, very close to the hotel and you could get to the city very easy...4 stations, if I remember well...I loved to stay there!...maybe because of the great hotel's location...or maybe because of the food - excellent food and impeccable serving!...this hotel wasn't my choice but I felt some kind of communion with nature there and I think seriously to visit Kuopio again but on my own and maybe to book a room at the same hotel...not because is "very beautiful" or something but just because it was a very nice experience staying there for a few days only!...I'd like to go there in a vacation and I hope to have the opportunity(again...) to see that great forest through my window from Best Western Hotel Savonia...and I'm not kidding at all!
