The hotel has no a/c and was extremely hot. When ventilating thru windows, the noise level was quite high. The music from some club reached the room as well.

The shower is very small and no extra amenities available in the room. Take your own creams and lotions if needed.

The receptionist was ok, but not excellent, better service for instructions outside the hotel were given by the bartenders next to the reception.

Breakfast was ok, but for a busy traveler, some items were finished, either temporarily or permanently, like scrambled egg. No omelette service available.

Still, I guess, this is the best alternative in Iisalmi. Stay, if you have to.

To provide service to other people is not the best asset in the Finnish character...
