The staff was excellent, and we always appreciated their attempts to respond to our needs. That said, our rooms had twin beds vs. a queen or even a double as we requested. There was no air conditioning, and it was hot. The room had a fan, but it only dulled the heat. The window would only open a few inches, letting in a bit cool night air, but all of the noise from a nearby festival and the restaurant next door - late into the night. The shower was small, and when we leaned against a wall a moldy slime ran down the side. That was disgusting. Breakfast was pretty good and we got good advice for local restaurants from the front desk.
