I have stayed at this hotel numerous times during the last 5 years and have always been impressed by the staff - especially Jennifer - and their provision of friendly service be it regarding giving directions, booking taxis or recommending a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and light since the modernization a couple of years ago. Breakfast is solid, but not that varied, when you stay there as many times as I have (but that goes for most hotels).
Room Tip: Go for the rooms at the back of the hotel (away from the railway station), as they are quieter.
