I went to this hotel on business matters. I only stayed there for 3 days. The rooms are ok, but a little bit small, the service at the front disk or other staff members are very high. The breakfast is indeed very good and very huge. You can pick and choose for hours. The internet connection is fast and all the other business facilities are good and working very fine. All in all I will say that you have full value for your money. Next time I come to Halmstad I will absolutely use this hotel again.

Stayed one night on a cross country tour of Sweden. This hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep. It's right off the main highway, but not in town so you don't get much of the feel for Halmstad. The upper floors have a decent view...you can even spot the ocean if you look a little. Overall...it's fine. The rooms were clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. Hot shower, but it's no dream stop. The whole place has a bit of a truck stop feel, but you won't hate yourself for staying there...unless of course you've taken your new bride here for your honeymoon...in which case you're in big trouble! Conversely, you might consider a short drive down to Bastad. It's a wonderful old Swedish resort town on the ocean and if I had to do again, would probably have found somewhere to stay down there.
