We stayed here for three nights, when attending a conference in Uppsala. We appreciated the free parking and our comparatively spaceful room. We also spent some time in the hotel gym. The breakfast was quite OK, even though the breakfast room was quite crowded with many guests. The hotel was quiet nightime, even though many guests stayed here. We can recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to spend some time in Uppsala. It might be an advantage to come by car, since the central parts of Uppsala are a few km away.

Looked nice from the website, but...

Good points:
1. shop open for 24hrs in reception (but very expensive)
2. comfy bed
3. decent TV
4. free wi-fi
5. fizzy water on tap in the corridor
6. great breakfast - loads of choice, great juice, bread selection was fab

Bad points:
1. my wet-room shower flooded when I was in it, must have been blocked. Had to stop half way through in case water escaped into my bedroom area!
2. very cold room
3. noisy - rooms are not sound proofed, so got woken up several times by neighbouring room
4. very expensive drinks + snacks in the bar

Bottom line:
Very average, but very expensive.

WORST:
- I asked if I could get an iron to iron my shirt for the next day. By the receptionist I was handed a key to the luggage room were the iron was located. However by handing me the key to this room, I could also potentially take all the luggage stored in the room (which of coarse I did not). I.e. everyone asking to iron their clothing could get access to your stored luggage!

GOOD:
- Check-in
- Internet availability
- Possible to open window
- Shower pressure
- Parking free and close to hotel

BAD:
- Very limited seating during breakfast (especially at 06:30-07:00)
- Very few newspapers awailable during breakfast
- Internet download speed
- Cleanliness of room

In principle a nice but a bit remote (~3km out of town) place but....
Lets start from the beginning: Very helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Great breakfast. Nice entrance. Everything clean - except the room. Stains on the carped and the best way to deal with the fungus in the shower (those you can see): Give them names but don't take them home.....
Not as worse as the room but also a little bit strange: The breakfast area. All chairs full of stains and dirty that you would prefer not to sit down. Many words: see the pictures.....
P.S. found the bed with the multi-layer-mattress-construction not too comfortable...
