I stayed at Hotel Sali for about 4 days last July . The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, except for one glaring problem: They advertise the place as having air conditioning, but in fact they shut the A/C off at night, when you're most likely to be in your room and need it more than anything. When it's close to 100 degrees all day, your room remains a sauna at night without A/C.
Also, be warned that the charge is PER PERSON, not per room. If you're two or more people, you'll probably get better value renting an apartment.
One more note: breakfast is served until 10:00 AM. Don't oversleep, because at 9:59 they will literally grab your food out of your hand.
