I stayed here with several other colleagues in the middle of November on a business trip. Some reviews of this property were downright frightening, but I found them to be mostly unfounded. My room was in the back, away from the subway line, so noise wasn't a problem. The room was small, and spartan, but not as small as some I've been in. Both the room and bathroom had their own radiators for heating, so I was able to turn up the heat in the bathroom, and turn it down in the bedroom. The bathrooms were huge, but the shower stalls were tiny in comparison. The staff wasn't very helpful on some occasions. I had friends try to contact me while I was there, but they didn't get any help from the staff getting the call to my room. The quality of the breakfast was consistent. Not spectacular, but certainly acceptable. A decent value based on why I was there, and what I needed a room for. For dinner, take the subway to Freidhemsplan and find a restaurant there. There's a little grocery store across from the subway station, but they close at 21:00, so stop there early to get your snacks if you need them.

The room was not that big but it was clean. The only negative thing about the room was that we booked a room for 3 persons and there were only two beds and a sofa. It was not a sofabed and not completely uncomfortable and ok for 2 nights but not pleasant to sleep on for a longer stay.
The bathroom was basic but very clean and big enough.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We bought some salads to eat at night, as restaurants are quite expensive in Stockholm, and we were allowed to use the cuttlery and plates of the restaurant.
The breakfast was ok but not much variation.
The location of the hotel is excellent, across the street you have a subway that takes you to the centre in about 10 minutes. As the hotel is not located in the city centre, you can enjoy a good night's sleep without city noises and you can take a walk in the park next to the hotel to relax.

Nice coplation of friendly service, quite place, clean rooms and cheap prices. The location is very good: close to subway and bus, with a park and lake nearby. Receptionists were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is 50/50 - tasty but almost the same each day. Anyway both adults and kids liked it. Price is reasonable.

Compared to UK 3 star hotels, I'd say it was an excellent hotel :). But otherwise it a very basic, but ok hotel. Nothing fancy, but good location next to subway (3 minute waitings, 6 stops to downtown) in a park without much noise while sleeping and free parking lot and wifi - however, wifi not working on my PC (maybe I did a mistake on firewall or their system was down). Breakfast buffet was very basic with bread and cereals. Price paid was SEK 450, I wouldn't recommend paying more. It's not a place for impressing people.
