Planed to stay in this hotel for a couple days while visiting Scandinavia. As far as our plans changed, we`ve send them an e-mail to change arrival and departure dates. Got one frase - we have no rooms for these days.
When arrived to Stockholm the receptionist was rude and refused to let us in into the hotel so we had to search for a new hotel in the nearest internet cafe. Later notices thought stay was cancelled beforhand they charged us for the whole planned stay.
NEVER BOOK THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

What could be worse than uptigh person caling you and tlling you off because you haven´t answerd an e´mail?
Well, the worst thing is cancellig your reservation more than 48 hours before your arrival, because you feel it´s not the right place to stay and finding out when you are back in your country that they have actually charged you one night stay. We tried to solve the problem, but they react as if it was not their problem because they did not get the cancellation from the on-line travel company.
Don´t stay there, the neighbourhood is dead and Stockholm is a beautifu city full of wanderfull other places with really nice people

I stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of September 2009. I didn't really expect much considering this was one of the cheapest solutions I could find in Stockholm at that time. The room was decent-sized for a single room with rather old furniture, but fairly comfortable and clean; furnished in a very simple and basic way, but good enough for a tourist on budget. The bathroom, on the other hand, was not nearly as clean as it should be, as if it was cleaned every few days (which is unacceptable, especially for a shared bathroom).
No complaints regarding check-in service (my keys and breakfast coupons were waiting for me exactly as planned and I paid at the hotel right after getting settled in my room) or location (half an hour from the center AT MOST and, if you don't want to walk, the Odenplan and Radmansgatan metro stations are not far away), but the breakfast was very poor - a tiny sandwich, a glass of juice and a cup of coffee.
I can't say I was completely unhappy with my stay there - except for the level of cleanliness of the bathroom... and the price. It's just WAY too much for what it gives. Although hotels in Stockholm are expensive, it's better to pay a bit extra and stay at a better place or, if you have a low budget, stay in a good hostel. This place was DEFINITELY not worth the price I paid.

Stockholm is ridiculously expensive but do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer or at least more centrally located. My room was small, furnished with old furniture, and the walls were so thin that I could barely sleep the first night due to people talking next door. The bathroom was not especially clean--it did not seem to be cleaned more than once all weekend--and the location is not great. You need to take the subway or bus to get to the center of the city and the hipper shops and bars are REALLY far away.

Some things are not terrible--the room was basically clean and the bed decently comfortable, the neighborhood nice enough--but on the whole I wish I had not stayed here.
