Several features made this hotel clearly not 4 star (e.g., the bar and restaurant only open from 18:00 to 22:00 daily, staff refusing to re-stock reception fridge from the store room as "not their job", stuffy rooms due to no air con). On the plus side, it is clean, mostly smart, and the rooms are exceptionally quiet. However, it is in a VERY isolated location - quite easy to get to the centre with very regular 10 minute trains from the station next door, but nothing but highway for miles around. The one exception is the conference centre which is only a couple of minutes walk. This hotel would be worth considering if you get a good deal and your going to a conference, otherwise have a look for something better in the centre. Apart from anything else, if your not at a conference you'll find it impossible to eat during lunch time (withougt taking a train) given the highly restricted opening hours of the bar and restaurant.

Plus: The staff was really helpfull, and the room was very nice. The beds although small were very comfortable.

Negative: Although it was near the city center, it was 5 minutes walk to a train station and from there 10/15 minutes of train.

Very good location in 2 minutes from Alvsjo train station and in 5 minutes from big store “Willy’s”. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean, service is pretty good. There are a lot of rabbits on the field in front of the hotel and it makes you feel as on vacation right after the end-of-business. Every request can be solved by administration. We asked tee sets in our rooms and our desire was satisfied without any additional payment. It is really very lovely and nice place to stay during the long business trip.

First hotel is very nice, cosy and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Tea equipment is provided on request or if you stay for long. Internet is rather slow, but it is free of charge. Breakfast is included into the accommodation price, it is rather tasty and baked goods can vary (there was even a waffle iron to make your own waffle with jam and cream).
The interesting thing in this hotel is that there is a door between some rooms, so you can arrange a two-room apartment with your collegue/friend from your two nearby rooms.
The hotel is very close to a T-bana station and it takes just about 7 minutes to get to the centre of Stockholm. Also there is Willy’s store (open till 10 p.m.) just 100 meters away from the hotel, so you can buy some food or light bear and eat at the hotel after a long working day.
There is a little gym and sauna in the hotel. The pleasant thing is that women’s sauna was free almost all the time. But an entry to the gym/sauna was not convenient as it was through the hotel hall and the restaurant.
