We stayed in the white boat, the Ran, for 7 nights. We had a double bed, which I would not recommend since it's pretty small. In fact, the whole cabin is small, but it's a boat and I didn't expect it to be bigger. The most important thing is that it was very clean, as well as the toilets and showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And of course, the best thing about this hostel is the location!

The Red Boat Hostel - which isn't in the Red Boat at all but the one behind - is a novel, cheap way to spend a few nights in Stockholm. The rooms are small, like you would expect and the beds like shelves. The room smelt quite musty and it wasnt until we were due to leave that we realised we could open the small port hole windows.

Both nights were quiet and we rarely saw another guest, which was good as there werent much in the way of bathrooms so I imagine it can get quite busy. Out of two shower rooms one was adequate, the other so small it was almost impossible to shower and not get everything wet. Neither of the bathrooms were particularly clean.

The location of this hostel is great and I enjoyed my stay but to be honest I'm not sure if I would return as I think the novelty would wear off.

We stayed on the boat for 3 nights in November. The twin bunk cabin was cosy, but very clean and comfortable. All the bathrooms were spotless every day and it was surprisingly quiet during the night. Breakfast was good - make sure you buy it the day before as price goes up on the day. Best thing about the boat is the location - really central.

I stay in this hôtel for two weeks ago. I am deeply disappointed. The staff is really unfriendly and unpolite, the rooms a not really clean, the toilets even not.
I hesitate to leave the hôtel before the end. It was a bad experience and i do not recommend you to choose it. There is many other boat hotel which seems to be better!
