we spent 3 nights in the hostel part of this facility.
you actually sleep on bunkbeds, fortunately we could have our own room withouth additional guests.
as it is a youth hostels some unexpected times crowling schoolkinds do run around on the corridors.

i would recommend it for the summer, when you can spend a lot of time outside your room, and not in the winter with -16 degrees, when you need a cosy room.

the staff is very nice indeed the room was clean, and so where the bathrooms.

you can have your own breakfast in the hostels kitchen, and it is better that way maybe.

First time in Stockholm and really would recommend here. Somewhere clean, comfortable, with friendly and informative staff. The location was great for us, with Metro stations nearby and a Co-Op on the corner where we could stock up on goodies for the room and to bring home. We (4) shared a room and used the communal bathrooms which were kept very well.

Great Irish bar at the end of the street "The Southside". The fact that Zinkensdamm looked like the holiday camp from "Dirty Dancing" provided us with endless amusement, will definitely stay there again!

I liked this place, stayed there for four days last November. The rooms were not big but not suffocatingly small either. We did have a potty lady two nights running who wanted the wndows open all night although it was snowing. Downstairs there were two computers with internet that you could wait to use. It's quite a big place and had guests of all ages. It was fully booked out when I was there so book ahead if possible. Showers were alright, had to leave your towel in the middle of the room on a wooden bench then exit the shower starkers to get it, but no problem for people who aren't overly shy (the bathrooms/showers were unisex, obviously). The kitchens downstairs were quite well-equipped. The only bad note was that the instructions on their site on getting to the place were not as clear as they could have been. The stairs you will have to go down from the main road take you down past public housing then into a sort of a park where the hostel is. Overall, I would go back there.

Great value for money hotel. Fast free Wi-fi. Clean rooms. The food was not bad either, Decent breakfast spread..

It's located in Södermalm, where the "trendy" bars, eateries and shops are located. The hotel is situated in a quiet surrounding in a park. Secure parking.
