Good location of the hotel. I got a rather large room but the heating system did´nt work - it was very hot in the room and because of that, not easy to sleep. Okey breakfast but I was up early - guess it can be crowded later on in the mornings. All together a "basic" hotel that did´nt make any special impression.

This hotel is OK, but in this price range you could find much better hotels in Stockholm.

The location is good, close to buses, metro, but the neighbourhood is a bit dull. The room was a bit small and the bathroom tiles could use a good cleanup. The lobby and breakfast area was nice but a bit dark. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walks from the central bus station, that is good. The nearest metrostation is just beside the entrance, that is also good. That was the positive things, here comes the negative. Staff were inexperienced, it took very long to check in and also to check out. The room was ok, but not more, and we payed for a superior room. The safetybox didn't work, and no one managed to solve the problem! That's real bad. The elevators were underdimensioned, we used the stairs some times. The breakfast room didn't have space enough for all guests, we had to sit in the reception and eat. That was really bad. I cannot recommend this hotel, I will never stay here again.

Negative: Worn down room and uncomfortable bed. Definitely not four-star in my opinion. Breakfast buffe nice, but packed with people and not organized properly.

Positive: Good location next to a tube-station. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Would not stay here again.
