I stayed here with my partner for a long weekend in January. I booked what I thought was a double room but when we arrived we were shown two very small single beds in separate parts of the room. The reception were very helpful and upgraded us for a small charge.

The room we were given was small, but nicely decorated in a boutique style. Beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom was small but very clean and modern. My one complaint was that the water in tw shower was just too hot.

Breakfast buffet was great with lots of selection and location was very central. Just a short walk to the Old Town.

We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

I have been to many hotels around the world, -- Freys Hotel exceeded my expectations with being very charming, having great location and food as well as a helpful staff! The service was excellent particularly in the front desk where I got the most excellent help from Needa! -- Who assisted me with fantastic and professional customer service skills.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that I wish the rooms were a bit bigger. But overall a charming little hotel in the city of Stockholm.

Very cozy, clean, frindly staff, great location right next to the central station. The brekfast is very good. Perhaps a little bit over rated.
Good memories will remain.

Cozy, charming hotel located in the center of Stockholm - 2 min from Arlanda Express terminal, 3 min to shopping street. I could check in earlier than the time mention on booking.com. I liked design of my room, furniture and facilities were modern and new. It was comfortable to sleep there since the hotel was quite silent. Wifi worked stable all time. Breakfast was nice. Luggage room is locked so its pretty safe to leave your stuff there. Also elevator works only with your room key. If it's rainy you can borrow an umbrella for free. Teddybear on bed was nice.
