This hotel offers a great location, at very reasonable rates, right opposite the entrance to Central Station and 2 mins walk from the Arlanda Express stop. It is close to shopping and the business district of Stockholm as well as the Old Town. The rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable. TV and wifi connection. Breakfast buffet is not lavish but satisfactory and includes hot items as well as cereals, bread, meats and cheeses. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good location and comfortable lodgings at a reasonable rate.

even the room wasn't that spacious but it was clean and we get free internet connection. as long as its clean and comfortable to spend the night it would be fine..

Centrally located next to the central station, and shoping/restaurants well within walking distance.

Check-in/check-out went smooth, and you are offered to set the bill the night before check-out to avoid the rush in the morning. As the reception is quite small, this might be a good idea.

My room was facing a quite trafficked street, but i managed to sleep well - even with my window slightly opened. The bed must have been good I reckon. No complaints on the cleanliness from my behalf.

Breakfast is very standard Scandinavian: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, a few coldcuts and cheese, cereals etc. The selcetion of bread was maybe a bit boring, otherwise quite OK. The breakfast room itself is nice.

Stockholm is a quite expensive hotel city, and the rates at Scandic Continental reflects this - hence, no bargaign in mid week at least. Mainstream hotel, easily forgotten - but not bad at all.

We stayed an extended weekend in Stockholm for sightseeing.
Hotel is very conveniently to reach from the airport; little bit more than over the street from Arlanda Express terminus.
We arrived quite early in the morning nevertheless all rooms were available and (since we had booked 3 rooms) on the same floor (which doesn't seem to be standard).
All the attractions of Stockholm we visited were within walking distance.
Breakfast was great (very nice buffet).
There is also a fitness room (slightly hard to find because the Swedes seem to concentrate more on the fact that there is a Sauna - which is in the same area) in the hotel with quite modern machines but small. Additionally it seems that it is also possible to get free entry to a nearby fitness center (which I didn't utilize).
Staff was very helpful and supportive.
Checkout was quite flexible (in other words: it was possible to keep one room a bit longer since we flew out of Stockholm at the later evening).
