This was not my no. 1 choice of hotel but I wanted something safe, cheap and close to the trainstation since I was catching an train really early in the morning - and this was the only thing available..
I stayed in one of their budget rooms with a skylight. The room was small but clean. It's true that the building shakes whenever a subwaytrain passes underneath but I slept ok.
Free wifi is a must for me and it worked fine. The TV seemed to work ok as well.
As I left before 6 o.clock in the morning I didn't get a chance to try the breakfas buffet but the staff did give me a cup of tea and sandwich to go as requested,

All in all it was better than I expected!

Got a room at the first floor facing the street and with the entrance door to the stairs on the other side. The trains and traffic made the room tremble and the door in the hallway shut with a great bang every time someone entered the floor. Tried to put on the TV but there were no signal. Thought I ought to fill out the customer satisfaction survey but there was no pen. I think that the missing pen sums up what the Hotel is about.

We chose the hotel as it was near the main station. What we didn't realised was that the rooms on the 1st floor were literally built over the train line below. A very poor nights sleep in a very small room without a window, only a skylight. Breakfast was poor to reasonable. Staff at reception were okay, but not over welcoming. In summary, I have stayed in other hotels in this price range that have newer, better rooms. better breakfasts and no noise from the trains

Terrible hotel. I have never seen such a small hotel room. Bed was against one wall; when I extended my leg while lying in bed it touched the other wall. Rude front desk staff - when I requested to change rooms immediately after check-in on Friday, staff was snippy and told me I could speak with the manager on Monday. I also observed multiple flies in the room. Billed as a 4-star hotel, it is very poor quality. The only positive feature was the proximity to the central train station.
