I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. I ended up staying quite longer than expected as I was scheduled to leave the day the Icelandic volcano erupted. The hotel was very accommodating as I extended my stay day after day after day.

Things I enjoyed were the free wifi, free buffet breakfast and dinner (although the dinner repeated itself every few days), and nice 24 hour coffee maker.

The room was very quiet. The bed was adequate but not sensational. The hotel was easily accessible from transit, and walkable from the center of the city.

A clean, modern hotel in a good location with walking distance to the city centre. Everything that is included makes it very priceworthy. Great breakfast and dinner buffet as well as free wifi and afternoon coffee with cake!

Just back from Clarion Tapto in Stockholm. Easiest to reach by metro, and the closest station is called "Stadion". The receptionist was very informative and gave a nice impression of the hotel upon arrival. Booked a singel room and was given a nice room with a large bath. Free WIFI in the room. No minibar/fridge, but complimentrary mineral water in the room. Breakfast was as expected of a hotel in northern Europe. I never tried the free evening buffet or afternoon coffe.
I would have no problem staying there again.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel and found it excellent value, comfortable and in a good if not central location. The room was spotless and modern. The reception area large with interesting art works. Generally, the service was characterised by Swedish quite efficiency but a request to have a blanket instead of the too warm duvet required a number of tries as locating a blanket proved a bit of a challenge. Mattresses were acceptable rather than special as one can find in Scandinavia but nothing to complain about. The buffet breakfast was simply superb and meant we skipped lunch. There was a huge choice of a high quality. A slight negative was the breakfast room, which could do with a spruce up. It was also a bit like Times Square at rush hour and locating an keeping a table a bit of a challenge but that really just took a bit of getting used to. There is a bar and restaurant which are fine but nothing special. Overall, we were surprised to get such a good deal on this good quality hotel and we enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend it, provided one were not seeking a city centre location.
