Arrived at 11am and luckily our room had already been cleaned, so were allowed in straight away. Room a little small but quite adequate. Hotel in a calm area of the town -Östermalm, so no problem having the window open at night. Both breakfast and 3 course evening meal are included in the price and both were more than satisfactory. Wonderful to come back to hotel and have a meal waiting, no need to lookaround after a restaurant when you´re exhausted. Staff helpful and friendly. Even got a 20:a Knut present when we checked out...an added bonus.

Stayed here for a night while doing business in Stockholm. Not in the direct centre of the city but on the other hand in a calm neighbourhood a 5 minute walk from subway station. Room was clean, quiet and fresh. Breakfast well done and plentiful.

I usually choose major chains, but this was a charming hotel with great service, very close to everything

Stayed here for a weekend in December. First room was very small indeed, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever slept in! It was, however, extremely well equipped with a powerful shower, a flat screen tv and a mini-bar. We moved to a bigger room on our second night and this was lovely with a study area as well as the large and comfy bed. We had breakfast and dinner included on our stay. We had no issue with the food available. Cereal, cheese and ham, cooked breakfast, and pancakes all on offer of a morning. In the evening there was plenty of soup and bread, salad makings,meat and potatoes and then tacos and chilli the second evening. One choice of pudding and cheese and biscuits meant that we could easily have a four course meal if desired. This made the rate for the room very good value (especially in Stockholm) with breakfast for two and an evening meal included I think the large room was around £135 per night! The access to all areas was extremely easy, the underground is close by and we easily walked to the harbour and Gamla Stan within about 20 -25mins. Would definitely stay here again!
