The rooms are ok and clean, somewhat small for three people but ok standard (no minibar though) and bathroom. The beds are ok, but the extra sofabed gives even the most tolerant guest a hard time. The breakfast is to die for, fantastic variety of food and drinks, even fresh orangejuice, fresh fruit, several kinds of bread, yoghurt, cereals and sprinkles etc the list goes on and on. The are also making sure that the food is ecological and that there are options for the allergic guest. The service at the reception was ok, however the receptionist could not recommend anything of the sightseeing in the area and had no information what so ever. We got a leaflet from 2009 which was the only information they had! So far so good. Since the hotel is so far from the city center (jkpg and huskvarna) it is quite crucial that the restaurant is of good standard: here the food is expensive and not worth it, the food took more that 45 min to arrive and then the staff had forgotten the starters. That would have been acceptable if the staff had been more friendly but they only added on to the terrible experience by shrugging their shoulder as if "these things happens and it is normal". A few days later we decided to give the kitchen another chance, but got an even colder welcoming, the staff didn't even bother to help us with table nor recommendations for smaller dishes but left before we could get seated (which we had to wait for). If there was another place close by, we would have left. Unfortunately this casts a shadow over the entire experience so even though the breakfast is fantastic, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
