When you arrive the hotel it looks very grand. The reception and bar are very nice but the rooms are no up to the same level. I stayed in 324 and the room was dated and had no shower, ony a bath. The loo did not flush properly. The plus point was that the bed was extremely comfortable.
Overal, good for a couple of nights and great location

This hotel is situated ideally within walking distance from the train station and the central areas of Malmo. The hotel has several good services (free internet connection, gym and so on), but leaves an average imprint never the less. The personnel are kind and it is possible to get breakfast earlier than ordinary breakfast times, however the "early breakfast" eaten in the lobby bar is VERY basic - bread, one sort of cheese, one sort of ham and some sliced tomatoes - thats pretty much it! Better than nothing...A full price stay would be a waste of money, but if you can get a room with discounted prices it is good value!

Went on a short stay for a little christmas shopping and relaxing. Its the kind of hotel that does not really stand out in any way, neither good nor bad. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is super central for shopping. Our room was ok, but not any more than that. The best selling points for Kramer is the very central location and the superb (and mostly organic) breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself was fine if unremarkable, and the staff were extremely friendly. But they needed to be to stop everyone exploding while waiting for rooms. We arrived at 11 a.m. and of course didn't expect a room to be ready at that time. So we left our bags, went round the town, and returned at 4 p.m. Still no room ready and 3 or 4 other groups of people waiting. We were told 20 minutes, and offered coffee. Not good but OK, it happens. After an hour enough was enough and I started to get stroppy with them. Either it worked or by coincidence, we finally got into our room at 5.15 p.m.
